This position was amazing to grow as a leader and person. They give you flexibility to be creative and it comes with many perks. You must be outgoing and involved on campus in order to be able to complete tasks. In addition, my supervisor was amazing and was always there to help!
What I wish was different
I wish there was more accountability for us as a team. You can work really well on your own and get the work done but I struggled so much to keep my team on the same page.
Advice
1. Don't be afraid to ask for help! Your supervisor is there to guide you!! 2. Step up and be a leader, this job requires you to be on your feet and talking with lots of people on campus.

What I liked
I enjoyed that I had a diverse set of tasks to do. Some were routine and others were spontaneous, so it kept my work day interesting. Furthermore, the laid back environment of the office and employees in addition to cultural activities (such as luncheons) was enjoyable as well.
What I wish was different
I wish my internship experience was more structured and that I had more responsibilities. At times I felt like I was waiting for tasks to be sent my way. However, it was good in understanding the broader range of activities that go on around brand strategy.
Advice
Just with any position, always be on the lookout for learning opportunities. If you find yourself with some down time, offer help to your fellow interns or team members, and maybe you'll learn something you wouldn't have otherwise learned.
