“I think the acubid estimating and live count. examining the drawings and learning the components listed in a drawing was something new I've never done before. I also had a good supervisor was the main person keeping me involved and update to date on what projects he and others was on, he went over his work and the process of estimating and negotiating nearly every time we worked on a project. He was a great teacher about topics on construction, electrical etc., even the conversations we had about finance cause of previous career history, and he gave great life advice. He truly has a passion to do good work for Gaylor to grant more opportunities to the people from his community. If he wasn't there, I don't think I would've done anything or learned anything.”
