What I liked
I liked the creative independence. I was given freedom to redesign business processes and develop metrics to grade network/employee performance.

I wish I had a stronger mentorship within the program
Advice
Don't be afraid to enter a job/internship/career and not know anything. Everyone starts somewhere and its always at the stage of not knowing anything. Be eager, be hungry, and have the drive and work ethic to soak in the knowledge from the people around you. Remember that everyone, EVERYONE, has something unique and useful to teach you. You just have to be eager enough to find it.
