When working with other its fun and have time to contact mentors and help you in the field has helped a lot
What I wish was different
The pay structure; they offer only $10hr. or Commotion which means if you want to make more than $10 you have to work hard to make your goals to be above that. As well it means that you have to put in enough work to cover for your self and become a "hi-roller" as soon as possible for your self to do well and the company.
Advice
If you have the experience you may thrive here in there environment but if not you may be stuck working in the field longer than expected.
