A family like enviroment, work with some great people and lots of experience handling customers and learning sales. Hourly with commission if you assist in a sale, gas compensation if you ever drive and if Part-Time you pick your schedule which is really nice. Overall a great enviroment that I enjoy working in.
What I wish was different
It can get a little slow at times in the office, some weeks you have very little work and are left to cold-call which can be a bit mundane. It's not a very glamours business but it pays the bills and provides you with good office experience.
Advice
The harder you work, the more you make on top of your hourly, its a pretty simple job but you have to be willing to care about it.
