What I wish was different
Better communication with my manager. I was always helping my coworkers, but never the manager. The manager would tell me all the plans they had for me to do, but would never follow through with them.
You’re going to be by yourself a lot because most employees telecommute. So you may only see your manager once a week/two weeks.
