What I liked
Flexible work schedule. Able to work from home or in the lab. Area of research is in my field of interest. Great way to get your foot in the door if you are curious about getting into the field of research.
What I wish was different
It would have been helpful to have a separate laptop provided to do the data analysis instead of using a personal computer.
Advice
Set your own schedule so that you can finish data sets in a timely manner. Keep open communication with your supervisor; they are very flexible with your school schedule and encourage that you put your school work first.

More convenient and affordable housing and/or public transportation reimbursement.

There are many incredible researchers working at Gladstone - talk to them!
