what i wish had been different is for people to understand that being a leader means setting a good example for the people that you are leading.
Advice
Working at Golden Corral makes me understand more about different type of people, how they think and behaves. It's helps me to learn more about been more patient with people.

What I liked
The food was alright for the price with the employee discount. My coworkers were all friendly. The customers were polite for the most part. There were a lot of good changes when I was there.
What I wish was different
The management wasn’t very organized.
Advice
Restaurant jobs are good summer jobs for college students because you get a good payout for the hours you work.
