I like the interaction between the dealers and the players and the hours.
What I wish was different
The uniform needs an update especially during the winter a long sleeve option would be great considering that the males wear long sleeves.

What I liked
I enjoy the fast paced environment and the ability to be in control of my money via tips.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more of a flexible schedule during the busy season that allowed for even a small amount of personal time.
Advice
This is a great environment to develop strong communication skills between customer and employee, however, there is also great exposure to the challenges of working in customer service and dealing with the public, so it is best to build a thick skin while maintaining a positive attitude.
