What I wish was different
I wish the training was different and there was more time spent on my job tasks then my co-workers in my HR Team.
Advice
Always double check your work, they don't care about time spent on a project but that its done right.

I love my co-workers, and the sense of community that they provide, as well as the hours and scheduled availability.
What I wish was different
I wish Corporate would be a little more flexible with rules and regulations, as well as opinions.

Always have patience and be positive! There are good and bad days in every job!
