Super fun team to work with, got to work on lots of different projects and meet a ton of people throughout the company. Really great working from home.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to meet someone in person or go to events, but it made sense that working from home was necessary because of the pandemic. The work/life balance was a bit difficult at times.
Advice
Be prepared to get put in new situations and focus more on the business end of design. It can be lots of fun, but don't overwork yourself and speak up when you need more time.

What I liked
I liked being able to communicate with customers and introduce them to new features and technologies they didn’t know they already possessed.
What I wish was different
I would’ve like the commission to have been higher and the stipend not to be taken away because of other CSR’s misconduct.
Advice
Developing a dialogue/icebreaker with each guest is very important to how they’ll perceive the information you have to give.
