I loved the interactions that you got to have with all the members. There are so many cool opportunities there and room for growth within the company.

What I liked
My position at Gozzer Ranch Golf and Lake Club was extremely high-paced and allowed for a lot of freedom in terms of managing my own time which were the most enjoyable experiences of my job.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to connect with more people in my company and interact with members in a higher capacity rather than just monitoring others.
Advice
A piece of advice I would share about this experience is that connections really matter and making sure you connect with others who live near you, have jobs you may be interested in, or even who just are available to make network connections with are valuable and important!
