Because of the assignment we had to do outlining our goals for the internship, I was able to help mold and guide the internship to get the most out of it. Also, since Grand Performances has a small staff, it was easy to meet everyone and share experiences with them.
What I wish was different
I wouldn't change much about it.
Advice
Own these internships and don't take them for granted. If there's an area you're interested in exploring that you haven't, make that clear and go for it. It's an internship and you're there to learn!
