I liked working for a small business because it gave me the opportunity to look at different roles within the company.
What I wish was different
I wish it would have been more aligned with my future career path, but it was still great experience.
Advice
Pick everyones brain that will let you, you can grow your knowledge much further than just the role at the company.

What I liked
I liked the pay and I felt the President treated us well. He gave us a company lunch once a month which was nice and the bonus was nice at the end.
What I wish was different
The hours which I worked. Lots of early hours and worked a lot of very early Saturdays.
Advice
If you like to work early and have your evening and night for yourself then this is a good job. Lots of hands on work and lots of hours in the summer time.
