The team at GRDA is tightknit and very accommodating to new members of their team. They are very flexible and provide great opportunities to learn about the utility sector and how that relates to daily life. You get to learn parts of the business while helping out in various ways to better help you understand those particular aspects of the business.
What I wish was different
At times. workload is very minimal, so you could have some times where there just isn't much for you to do to contribute to the team.
Advice
This experience is great in that you get to network and meet outstanding people who genuinely care about your success both in the present and future. Overall, it is worthy of spending a summer interning here.

They were very lenient with my summer schedule. They were very kind to me and treated me like a full time worker. It was a great work environment. And they valued the degree I am getting and helped me prepare for the work I may be do in a future job.
