I loved this opportunity to see the available internship opportunities near me with big-named companies. Within this internship, I have been given so many opportunities to grow professionally within my field of study as a Health & Wellness Management intern and get experience within HR, healthcare benefits, and health and wellness promotion within the workplace.

I recommend all college students put themselves out there. Even if it makes you uncomfortable or you don’t feel you need an internship or co-op experience. Just try it & seize the opportunity.
