Matt is as good of a boss you could ask for. Super easy going, fun to work for, and the most flexible boss I've ever had when it comes to scheduling. Treats his employees well. The work is pretty simple once you learn the routes and equipment. Got to listen to a lot of music and podcasts while working here. I've gotten better pay raises here for coming back consecutive summers than I've gotten anywhere else. Good way to make a lot of money over the summer.
What I wish was different
Matt still hasn't figured out how to control the weather and keep it under 90 degrees all summer. The heat can be rough for a couple weeks in July but you adjust pretty fast.
Advice
Be ready to work hard. It'll make your life a lot easier and keep your work week shorter.

What I liked
The work is fun and enjoyable. It's a pretty chill environment and the boss is fantastic. You really couldn't ask for a better boss. You get to be outside all day everyday and the work isn't bad either.
What I wish was different
Nothing. I've loved it!
Advice
If you enjoy outside and getting your hands dirty in hard work this is a great place. It's a great job, with a fantastic boss, and wonderful clients.
