“The staff were all very helpful and very positive. It was a great introduction to the fields of habitat restoration and community engagement. I also liked getting to spend time at many different open space preserves in the area, many of which I'd never even heard of. I liked that the intern cohort was small, so we all got to participate a lot, and we were able to get to know each other. The capstone projects were also a great way to delve more into a specific project or aspect of the organization.”
