What I liked

I loved my coworkers. We are all very good friends now.

What I wish was different

Everything. That place was completely mismanaged. We had no air conditioning for the entire summer. Two stylists quit over the heat. And then they miraculously found money in the budget for all the mangers and upper management to go on a luxurious week long cruise to the Bahamas leaving our critically understaffed salon even more understaffed. I worked 60 hours that week and then got written up for working too many hours. I hated everything about working for that company.

Advice

Don't ever work for Great Clips. Black's Law Dictionary defines Gross Negligence as a severe degree of negligence taken as reckless disregard. Gross Incompetence is defined as an unmitigated display of incompetence. Willful Misconduct is defined as an intentional disregard to the safety of others. I, however, define all these things as Great Clips Management.
