This was a very relaxed environment with a push towards creative learning and self efficiency.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have been provided with more work. There was often downtime when no work was available.
Advice
Make sure to always push yourself out of your comfort zone. It will not only allow you to build more skills as an individual but it can also greatly increase your employers perspective on you.
