Very relaxing, laid-back atmosphere that was focused on learning. Everyone was very understanding about teaching the ropes to a new comer since there's a lot to do.
What I wish was different
Really enjoyed the paid lunches and would've loved more of those :)
Advice
Familiarizing yourself with the basics of HTML would maybe be a little helpful for working with the backends of publications. I've kept a note sheet with tips the entire time I've been here.

What I liked
I liked the connections I made with my fellow colleagues. Furthermore, I enjoyed learning about coding and the source side of online publications.
What I wish was different
The only thing I wish was different was the training and that is only because of the other interns schedules. A lot of this work is more hands on but I wish we were able to run through various scenarios more.
Advice
One piece of advice would be taking notes. Not only when you’re learning something new but also when you are doing a ticket. It helps you keep track of what you know and what to do.
