What I liked
I worked at Bear Lake and it was a lot of fun. It's a unique experience that includes a variety of skills.
What I wish was different
Be prepared for hot weather and long hours. The staff had a hard time integrating, and there's often a lack of resources to work around.
Advice
Go into willing to do what it takes to make a memorable experience for the scouts.
