Green Lake Lutheran Ministries is a premier organization in the camp, conference, and retreat ministry world, where people of all ages experience the life-changing love of Jesus through vibrant settings in community and creation. We are affiliated with the ELCA and are looking for dedicated, creative, and fun-loving young adults to join our summer staff! Spend the summer on a beautiful lake as a member of the Summer Camp staff or within an urban city as part of our Serve Boldly staff. Make friends and memories that will last a lifetime!

“The coworkers, the kids, the environment, the location, all of it! As a former Green Lake camper of 10 years, camp was always the highlight of my summer so it was only fitting for me to return as staff and give back to the place that made me who I am today. There is always something fun going on around you and even though the hours may be long, it never feels like work. All the staff have your back and look to support you in anyway possible. I have loved working at GLLM for the last two summers and am looking forward to returning this summer!”
