Management was very accommodating and I was given a lot of hours when I needed them. They have great health insurance and sick/vacation time and my coworkers were all really cool people
What I wish was different
It could be very stressful especially during the holidays and over the summer. Some of the ways they operated were inefficient and left a lot of work for only a couple people on days where there were a lot of customers

Don't go into it expecting to know everything, there's a hierarchy to the way the stores operate and acting like a smart *ss will only hold you back

The team was very nice and friendly, and everyone got along. My bosses were accommodating with injuries and sickness affecting work. I enjoyed learning about the shifting trends and how a location changes displays accordingly.
What I wish was different
I wish that the work schedule came out more in advance than it did.
Advice
Talk to your boss about accommodations regarding injuries or disabilities. I have a hip injury, so it was challenging standing for extended periods of time, and accommodations were greatly appreciated.
