Even though I am not majoring in industrial design, this position is applicable to so many different fields. I used Revit, which is primarily a revit application as well as many other useful tools. The communication is very fluid and everyone is extremely nice and welcoming.
What I wish was different
Due to COVID we had some problems with working from home and connection issues, but thats about it.
Advice
No matter what field you are in the design or engineering field, there is something beneficial to take out of this job. THere are important deadlines and its important to manage your time and ask as many questions as possible.

What I liked
The group of people I worked with were incredible. I got a lot of good experience working directly with the operators on the shop floor and a lot of one on one time with the engineers. I was trusted with a bunch of larger project including taking the lead on their 2nd largest project of 2019.
What I wish was different
Although the experience I gained was unmatched from my other experiences, the management is unstable and there is little to no job security even for those who have put in 20+ years with the company. The employees had to pay for bad choices made by management.
Advice
This is not a bad company especially if you are looking for one where you can grow close with the people you work with. But if you're looking for a place to stay for a long time, this may not be your best bet.
