What I wish was different
I worked the midnight shift, which was hard to adjust to but there were other shifts I would have preferred to work.

What I liked
I really liked the culture that the Hampden County Sherrifs Department created within their Women's Corectional Center. The professionals that you get to work with will have a lasting impression. I learned so much about local resources through my work and really grew as a leader in the community.
What I wish was different
I wish it was paid but it was worth the experience I gained through my time in the facility.
