I love the staff members, the environment and working with people coming to stay at the hotel. I love the hours, pay, and flexibility of management. This is probably my favorite job yet. They always give opportunities to make extra money through contests and random drawings.
What I wish was different
Every employee wishes they made more, and I do wish the wage was a bit higher but I really don't have anything to complain about. They treat their employees wonderfully.
Advice
Go above and beyond in your work and find out ways to excel. Treat everyone with love and respect and you will get it back ten fold!
