Student Nurse / CNA
April 2018 - August 2019 • Largo, FL
What I liked
Flexible scheduling. Wonderful staff to work with
What I wish was different
More CNA on staffing. There were quite a few days where the ratio was 1:20. This makes for a very difficult day and is not safe for the patients that I was helping.
Advice
If your in nursing school (past semester one) this is a great transition into working as an RN. It helped me with my studies as I often saw the patients with the disease processes we were learning. The nurses ofen times would come find me so I could see different procedures being done to help my learning. It was a wonderful experience!

Accounting Intern
June 2018 • Lone Tree, CO
What I liked
Got general experience in an office environment where I had the chance to interact with our controller and CFO daily.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more access to board meetings and conferences which were made daily.
Advice
I would encourage any intern to make daily goals and get them done because 2 months can create a great resume of experiences but also a short time where you inputted data and made copies.
