Heart to Heart Hospice is a corporate company with several different offices. This office is based out of Terre Haute, IN and services patients in 19 counties throughout Indiana. As a hospice company, our mission is "Making a difference by providing compassionate care from our heart to enhance the quality of life for those with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones." We are seeking volunteers to visit patients, work in the office, or run errands.
