Working one on one with clients, the flexibility of my schedule, my coworkers, the teamwork, that it is appropriately challenging and in my field. I'm always learning!
What I wish was different
A little bit more of a calm schedule. Also a little bit more cohesiveness among other departments.
Advice
Make sure you take care of yourself too or you can't take care of others.
