I enjoyed the teamwork and team building they engaged in at the plant. Management was personable and understanding of circumstance. While still a hectic factory production environment, the work areas were organized and clean.
What I wish was different
More oppurtunity to learn separate molder operations.

Be prepared to work full-time.

Nothing! Hours were great and so were the people around me.

Listen closely to how to work the computer software and try it hands on before you are left on your own.
