The physical therapist allowed me to walk patients through their exercises, so it was a lot of fun to watch people progress over the weeks.
What I wish was different
I wish I had reached out sooner and tried to get a longer, paid job at Hess PT or another PT place.
Advice
I recommend shadowing at Hess PT and bringing a notebook! The PT taught me important parts of being a PT, how to carry out screening, and other different things about physical therapy. Taking notes allowed me to keep this information with me.
