“Starting may is about $9/hour but they pay a little more each summer. Fantastic training programs to ensure each staff member is prepared and has the right resources to create a magical summer for the campers. Lots of stuff support and communication between age levels and different departments which helps develop a friendly and professional atmosphere. Duties may include creating activities for the children to participate in or being a group counselor responsible for getting the children to their activities. ”
