I liked the flexibility of hours with my schedule. I never had to work a day that I needed off. I also enjoy the other staff and administrators as well.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have been scheduled on one specific hall and then left there all summer. Bouncing around the facility was good experience, but caused headache in learning patients routines.
Advice
I would share that if you are going into healthcare, working at this job is very helpful in learning the foundation of caring for people.
