Advice
It is a great job, but a very challenging role. However, do not give in or give up, it's worth the challenging moments.

What I liked
I like the warm smiles of the little ones when they see me walk through the door. No matter where they go, they will always have a place in my heart. And knowing that I had something to do with their growth, as they did with mine, made this experience a once in a lifetime kind.
