I absolutely loved the experience I gained from this management internship! It was a 12-week rotational program through front and back of house and in addition, I also got to manage front of house employees! It was a fantastic growing experience, and I learned more than I thought I ever would. I can truly say I've never done anything more difficult in my life, but to get this incredible of an experience from just a career fair really exceeded all expectations.

More work-life balance.

Advice
To go into the job expecting to learn a lot, and if you put in the time you’ll get the results. Teamwork is also a very important part of Hillstone, so be ready to help wherever you’re needed, and you can expect the same when you need an extra hand.
