Sales and Event

June - August 2018 • Fairfax, VA

What I liked

I enjoyed working with different kinds of events and gaining new experiences.

What I wish was different

That management was not very good and lacked what I would call a support system for its employees. Also, despite the fact that it was an internship, I know people before me have gotten paid during their internship there. As a 23 year old in college, working 40 hours+ a week, unpaid, was very very very hard.

Advice

Go in with an open mindset and try to get as much experience as possible.
