The Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County runs the museum at the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead, MN. We collect, preserve, interpret, and share the history and culture of Clay County, MN and provide interpretation to the Hjemkomst, a Viking ship replica that sailed to Norway in 1982, and to the Hopperstad Stave Church replica. Open year round.
