What I liked

I loved the management at HCP. They are kind and professional. I liked that we were able to start working from home when the pandemic hit. I liked that we were only calling people who had used Home Health Care, and that the surveys weren't random, they were making a difference. I liked that I got bonuses for making fast effective calls.

What I wish was different

Honestly, for a call center, it was about as good as it could be.

Advice

Work closely with your supervisors because they are there to help you.

What I liked

The hours and availability was good, I could work my own schedule from the comfort of my home.

What I wish was different

The minimum number of hours kept me from keeping the job for longer than the summer.

Advice

Get good at typing fast, people talk quickly, so that is a necessary skill.

What I liked

I love that we are helping to improve the experience of those who are receiving care in their homes and for those providing the care. I also love that I am able to choose my own schedule.

What I wish was different

I wish I had gotten the job sooner.

Advice

Be patient with yourself as you learn everything. It can be a lot, but it is a learning process. Ask lots of questions and work hard to improve.
