A nice company to work for. Lots of plants and flowers and piece-rate for harder work.
What I wish was different
Sometimes we worked on hot days although i didn't mind it too much.
Advice
The piece-rate is great because you can make more money on jobs if you do them efficiently. Also, look into this job if you are interested in the agricultural/horticultural sector. It is great way to learn more about the day-to-day tasks.
