Great small team of dedicated hardworking people. Fantastic for anyone looking for a job in non-profit's or the healthcare field. I have furthered developed my attention to detail in creating and running events, meetings and helping to manage the databases. I've also worked on social media and content creation for their big summer fundraiser Women Swimmin' as well as numerous miscellaneous tasks that go into a big fundraising event. Another big aspect is learning and understanding how to write thank you letters for donors and the language that is used when thanking someone.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more time or more hands to work on other projects such as further developing social media strategy and engaging audiences in different ways. Unfortunately, there are very important daily tasks that need to be completed before I move on to other projects which will always take precedent and eat up the most of my time.
Advice
Job requires high attention to detail - most of the job will be you working within the databases for most of the day.
