The center in Elma is small and a very close-knit group. I truly enjoy working with the staff and really love the caring atmosphere at our location. I work with the pre-school and school-age kiddos and really enjoy my time here.
What I wish was different
The hours are usually pretty set for full days and the only complaint is I would’ve liked some half day options instead of only full day options.
Advice
I am going into education and anyone pursuing a career with young children or in education should certainly take the experience of working in a daycare setting. It is an extremely valuable way to strengthen my resume and familiarize myself with working with children.
