What I liked

I really enjoyed working at the office. Co-Workers are super helpful . The Learning curve is good. One thing i would like to highlight is the work culture in office. Not only working on project management i also got exposure to coding and data analytics which adds value to my resume. I was able to directly work with Seniors who are highly experienced in the field which helped me in deeper understanding of current strategies.

What I wish was different

I was hesitant at the beginning. It was my first time working in a corporate office. Initially had difficulty understanding the base line of the project, getting hands on with the project. Communication has played an important part. I wish i interacted with everyone little sooner so i could have possibly learned more from it.

Advice

I would say what ever you have learnt today go through it once again so you would have a good grip on what you are doing. Ask as many doubts you can try to explore more and learn more. Spend more time with the senior executive who has been on the field for years. There is a scope of learning when you are curious to learn a lot .
