Innovative is truly the best learning environment for young professionals. Whether you're looking for business experience in Marketing/Finance/HR or Benefits experience in Underwriting, IBP sets you up to learn from the best in that department. Personally, I worked under the COO and VP of Marketing to gain experience in HR and Marketing. I really enjoyed my time at Innovative, my supervisors gave quick, detailed feedback on my work and assigned me projects that made a real impact on the company. I helped with the interviewing process, marketing assets, redid the onboarding process, and more! Innovative certainly helped with my professional development, and I would recommend their internship program to any young professionals looking to gain valuable work experience.
