I liked every second of my experience working with Innovative Counseling this summer. My coworkers pushed me in the work field and made the office feel like home. I truly look at everyone at Innovative Counseling as a part of my family. They were so welcoming and I learned more this summer than I ever have before. My ongoing experience as an RBT at Innovative has changed my life is an incredible way.

If you are interested in a similar position, prepare yourself to work hard and commit to staying focused on everything you do even after the training period. It is an important job, but also an important opportunity for you to change lives as well as your own. It takes a certain kind of heart to be successful and love what you do at the same time.
