It is an extremely small team- only four women when I was there. So there was always something to do that was directly related to their clients. Everything I did was useful, nothing was busy work.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been more confident in my abilities. I think I would have enjoyed myself more.

Don't be afraid of the task at hand. They are there to help you succeed.
