I wish the upper management had been better at their jobs. Many of them were incompetent and did not care about the working environment for employees. Certain employees were allowed to make continuous rude comments, violate health codes, and ruin the laid back atmosphere of the store with minimal to no repercussions.
Advice
When there's no store managers things go way downhill.
