It wasn’t online! Because of COVID it had to be remote but going into it I thought I would be in-person which is how I work best.

Actually reach out. If you say you will reach out and ask for help, and then be too afraid, don’t be.

End of Semester Bonus
Semester GPA Bonus.
Yearly Bonus.
What I wish was different
Employee professional growth.
Not much push for employee development. Just expect you to learn on the job and not much else outside of that scope.
Advice
Finish your tasks fast. Go bother other people for other tasks. Get as much out of it you can. Take advantage of paid certifications. Don't get complacent and waste your time.
