Great Boss. Dallin Shaner is the most fun to work with boss I've had. He has a lot of energy, and you can tell he cares.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more coworkers. I felt like I was all alone, except for the check-ins with my boss once or twice per workday. The business seems understaffed. This is understandable, considering it's his side hustle.
Advice
Be up-front about what YOU want to accomplish as well, or you might find yourself taking on too many roles that you did't already set out to do. This is especially true for a very small company like this one.
