What I wish was different
I 'd like to see a little better organization within the company. There is often confusion and miscommunication between administration and clients along with administration and caregivers. I have shown up to houses upon many occasions and the client is either expecting someone different, didn't know I was coming, or notified the office they wouldn't be home but the office failed to notify me.
